Driving is not easy as it’s seen. You need to know the theories, methods and practice more to be called as good driver. That is why you need to follow certain procedures before holding a driving license. While you are driving, you need to always keep safety driving on your mind especially when you have to drive during the hard rain or for long distance. As always, you need to be more cautious and it is recommended for you to stop driving when you cannot see the road clearly due to the fog. Since there are puddles or flooded spots in certain area, you should brake slower than what you usually do. It is done to respect other drivers or bikers which may pass next to you.

If it is possible you are supposed to leave earlier, so you do not have to drive fast. Having extra times makes you free from being in a rush.

The most important thing is you have to avoid alcoholic drink before driving. It is dangerous not only for you but also all people in the street. The situation will be worse when you are arrested by the police due to the alcohol smell from your mouth and the slurred speech you produce. You cannot refuse when the police ask you to take breathalyzer test. It is done to know the alcohol percentage on your blood stream. Once you refuse, it can be a proof that you are guilty and there is a chance that your driving license will be suspended for about six months. So, your choice is only one that is driving safely always.
